Sempre il primo giorno abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere i processi creativi e produttivi nella creazione di una calzatura, presso l’azienda IL GERGO. Un’azienda a conduzione familiare che produce scarpe prettamente da uomo ma spazia anche su qualche modello femminile e per bambino. E’ stato interessante conoscere le varie tappe per arrivare ad avere una scarpe finita ma di qualità. Io ho cercato di fotografare tutti gli step! Per potervi mostrare ogni passo come se fosse in diretta: Inoltre ho fatto la conoscenza con una Maker Design : Krizia Mariani, che per il progetto Distretti sul Web ha realizzato in un paio di giorni un modello di scarpa da uomo che differisce dalla semplice Clark per la cucitura sulla punta un pò in stile taoistico tra sfumature e colorazione della pelle in una sicuramente più sbarazzina evoluzione della classica scarpa da uomo tradizionale. Brava Krizia!!
Consigli per la manutenzione della scarpa in vera pelle:
1)MAI INDOSSARE LA STESSA SCARPA PER DUE GIORNI CONSECUTIVI. La scarpa è viva, ed i suoi materiali naturali hanno bisogno di riposo per rigenerarsi e recuperare le loro caratteristiche.
2)Mantenere le scarpe nelle forme del legno, che hanno la proprietà di favorire l’asciugamento delle stesse, prevenire le pieghe che si possono formare a causa della conformazione dell piede.
3)Pulire sempre con un panno di cotone umido per asportare la polvere prima di procedere alla lucidatura con spazzole in crine di cavallo e lucidi a base di cera. Togliere il lucido in eccesso con un panno di cotone ben asciutto.
